All eyes were on Jennifer Aniston as she hit the red carpet for her latest film, "Horrible Bosses" premiering at Grauman's Chinese theater on Thursday, June 30, 2011.

Looking stunning at the premiere in a Balenciaga "little black dress" that showed off her toned figure, Jennifer smiled and waved for the cameras as boyfriend Justin Theroux, 39, avoided the commotion and slipped inside the premiere through a separate entrance. The couple have reportedly been dating for about a month and met last autumn when they worked together on the film, "Wanderlust."

About the film:

But even the best-laid plans are only as good as the brains behind them.
