"War Dogs" directed by Todd Phillips and written by Phillips, Jason Smilovic and Stephen Chin, based on a Rolling Stone article by Guy Lawson, made it's Hollywood premiere on Monday (August 15, 2016).
Jonah Hill and Miles Teller arrived at the Los Angeles premiere held at the TCL Chinese Theater along with fellow cast members Bradley Cooper, Shaun Toub and Julian Sergi. Bradley Cooper, in a mountain-man beard, compared facial fuzz with Jonah Hill as he sported a dressed-down look punctuated by his wrinkly suit.
Also on hand for the event were Perry Reeves, Heather Morris, Jessica Szohr among others
Teller and Hill star in the film as arms dealers from Miami the comedy-action film is based on real events from the 2000s.

“War Dogs” follows two friends in their early 20s (Hill and Teller) living in Miami Beach during the Iraq War who exploit a little-known government initiative that allows smaller businesses to bid on U.S. Military contracts. Starting small, they begin raking in big money and are living the high life. But the pair gets in over their heads when they land a 300 million dollar deal to arm the Afghan Military—a deal that puts them in business with some very shady people, not the least of which turns out to be the U.S. Government
